Home Sweet Linens Inc. offers a 10 day refund policy. Please note that you must call within 10 days and obtain a Return Authorization number. The item being returned must not be used and must be complete with all the packaging materials. All returns will be subject to inspection and Home Sweet Linens Inc. reserves the right to refuse any item. You must ship the item back at your own expense and are responsible for obtaining insurance etc. Please note if you return an item and free shipping was part of your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your total. Please note that we do not accept a refund for opened bed sheets, mattress pads, pillows, duvets, featherbeds, Cuddle Down and any custom order.Please note that there are no refunds on special orders, duvets, pillows and mattress covers.
